Position Summary:

The RCM Operations Specialists will be responsible for a variety of healthcare RCM activities.  This may include and is not limited to finding patient insurance and demographic information, creating and updating patient accounts, verifying insurance information, filing insurance claims, posting payments, processing denials and appeals, following up on insurance company accounts receivable, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, and scanning documents.
